Shipping and Policy

Warranty Information
All of our faucets are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years from date of purchase when installed by a licenced plumber. This warranty does not cover labor charges when repair or replacement is needed. Our reproduction tubs and china sinks are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase when installed by a licensed plumber. The warranty does not cover labor charges when repair or replacement is needed.

Shipping Information
We ship most in-stock items the day after we receive your order! We ship by UPS and by Freight. For new tub purchases : Tubs are shipped via a freight company. Cast Iron Clawfoot tubs weigh approximately 275 to 375 lbs. You will need to have approx. 3-4 people unload the tub from the freight truck (Acrylic Tubs weigh approximately 100 to 250 lbs.). We will request that the freight company give 24 hours notice to arrange delivery with you. Please ask our representative regarding Lift Gate options.  Some of our larger sinks are shipped via freight.  See guidelines above for instructions for delivery.

Return Policy
All returns have a money back guarantee or replaced with a different product within the first 30 days (excluding tubs and special order items) of receiving your merchandise, less shipping charges. Returns must be repacked in their original packaging and free of damages for a refund. If products are damaged, no refund can be issued and the product will be returned to the customer. For items returned after the 30 days upon approval, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. There is 25% restocking fee for all Special Order Items returned. Please call 209-754-1218 for a return authorization number prior to returning products for a refund. Items will only be accepted with a return authorization number.

Missing or Damaged Items Policy
Please check your order as soon as you receive your package. If items are missing or damaged, please call us immediately. After 72 hours of receipt, items missing from order will be considered lost by customer, items damaged and not noted on the shipping receipt or not refused a claim can not be filed with carrier.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover Cards. Checks and Money Orders are also accepted, but your order will not ship until the payment has cleared our bank. No COD's accepted.

Care for your new items
Supercoated items should be wiped gently with a soft cloth after each us. Plumber’s putty should not be used for installation. Use of plumber’s putty, detergents or abrasive cleaners will void the warranty of the finish. Care should be used when cleaning porcelain or china products. Abrasive cleaners should be avoided as this will wear down the porcelain or china.
